Fabulous Failures

Science progresses from one failure to the next. Failures are a key element in scientific advancement. We will discuss the tremendous contribution of some notable scientific failures of well-known scientists, including those of Einstein. Some failures have already been fully resolved, but others such as the expansion of the universe and the unified theory, are still pending. (Recommended for 14 years old and up.)
